PettyOne provides levels of service that match with the needs of each of our customers.
When outside of the Northeast Florida area, service times are dependent on the driving or flight times from pickup to delivery.
Our service vehicles range from small, covered pickup trucks and cargo vans to heavy-duty straight trucks with lift gates and tractor-trailer combinations. All equipment is properly identified, permitted and insured with commercial grade insurance coverage.
PettyOne dispatchers are in constant communication with its drivers using GPS-based dispatch software. Our trucks are outfitted with hand-held computers that have real-time radio transmitters. Shipment status information is processed by our system and all elements of activity are updated as they occur — from pickup time to delivery time and customer signature. We also have the ability to automatically e-mail a comprehensive proof of delivery to our customers as it occurs.
